Depending on your needs, we can work on an hourly basis or agree on a fixed fee for defined pieces of work or for the project as a whole. Do I need planning permission?
Whether you need planning permission depends on the type, scale, and location of your proposal. Some minor works may fall under permitted development, but new buildings, larger extensions, changes of use, or sites in Conservation Areas or near Listed Buildings often require formal consent.
